It includes, but is not limited to, the individual's name, phone number, email address, address, inquiry details, and any other information that can be used to identify a specific individual.

4Secure Management of Personal Information:
Our company is committed to thorough safety management of personal information by implementing the following measures:

We appoint a responsible person for the handling of personal data, who is responsible for ensuring that personal data is handled appropriately. The responsible person establishes a reporting and communication system from employees to the responsible person to ensure effective oversight.

We set passwords for accessing personal data and clearly define the employees who have access to personal data. This helps prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
(4)
We implement mechanisms to protect devices handling personal data from unauthorized access from external sources or malicious software.
5Outsourcing of Personal Data
In order to smoothly carry out our operations and provide customers with better products and services, our company may entrust the handling of personal data to third parties. However, the personal data entrusted will be limited to the minimum necessary information for the performance of the entrusted tasks. Additionally, our company conducts thorough investigations of the entrusted parties and ensures appropriate supervision to ensure the secure management of the entrusted personal information.

8Personal Data Inquiry/Reception
(1)
Except for the following cases, we will promptly notify the member or their representative of the purpose of use of the personal data held upon request.

When the purpose of use of the personal data held, by which the member can be identified, is already clear.
②
When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the member or a third party.
③
When there is a risk of harming the rights or legitimate interests of our company.
④
When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency or local government in performing duties prescribed by law, and there is a risk of impeding the performance of such duties.
(2)
We will promptly notify the member or their representative of the disclosure of the records regarding the personal data held or the provision of such data to a third party, except in the following cases:

When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the member or a third party.
②
When there is a significant risk of severely impeding the proper implementation of our business operations.
③
When the disclosure or notification would violate applicable laws and regulations.

Notwithstanding the preceding clause, there may be cases where we do not disclose all or part of the records regarding the provision of personal data to a third party, in response to a request for disclosure as mentioned in the preceding clause, if any of the following apply:

If a member or their authorized representative requests the correction, addition, or deletion of their personal data held by us, we will promptly conduct an investigation and take appropriate measures based on the results.

If a member or their representative requests the suspension or deletion of their personal data held by us, and it is determined that there are valid reasons for such a request, we will take appropriate measures to address it.

In the case of requests described in the preceding five clauses, please fill out our designated invoice and send it along with the documents specified in clause 8 to our company's contact point mentioned below. Please note that a handling fee may apply for requests in accordance with clauses 1 and 2. The personal information provided by members will be used strictly for the purpose of fulfilling their requests and will be securely stored. Please understand that we will not return the invoice or attached documents.
9Compliance with laws and regulations and periodic review
We will comply with applicable Japanese laws, regulations, and other standards regarding the personal information we hold. We will also periodically review the contents of this policy and make revisions as necessary.
